For those who can t resist civilisation Penzance offers a wealth of activities to amuse young and old alike from the Jubilee swimming pool along the picture postcard promenade to the multi-screen cinema Laser Quest and wealth of shops pubs and restaurants. Guests are spoilt for choice all year round with visitor attractions such as Lands End Flambards the Maritime Museum at Falmouth and St Michaels Mount to name but a few. The accommodation offers SEVEN bedrooms: 3 spacious doubles 1 with en-suite shower room and WC. 2 further generous singles all located on the first floor. With 1 further double with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin with an adjoining shower room and WC located on the ground floor. Bathroom: with roll-top bath and WC located on the first floor. Lounge: with seating around the inglenook fire place and large flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Sunroom just off the lounge enjoying further seating football table and a selection of games for children of all ages. Dining room: additional snug area with seating and Aga cooker perfect for relaxing with a good book. Kitchen/breakfast room: enjoys integrated oven and hob Belfast sink fridge/freezer microwave and TV. Utility: offers washing machine dishwasher and tumble dryer. Outside: the enclosed garden encompasses the property and offers lots of areas to play or relax and unwind with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking for 6 cars.
